Organic mixed beans - Chantal Organic

Beans are a protein powerhouse  each variety having its own unique colour, size and flavour. Canned Beans are pantry favorite that can be used for salads, bean paste such as Humus through to a meat substitute. Keep a range of varieties handy to create that healthy dip or add to dinner recipes any night of the week.

This mixture of beans makes a perfect addition to casseroles, soups and salads. Try blending it with fried garlic and onion, cumin seeds, a dash of chilli and some breadcrumbs. Shape into patties and fry off in a little oil to create spicy bean burgers.
